The automated Vibro-Press block machine combines quality, high output, environmental safety, and substantial power saving with respect to kiln and foam block technologies. The vibration under pressure process enables the production volumes of 6 to12 million blocks per year, depending on plant configuration. Its versatility is unmatched, with a product line including hundreds of different products such as various building blocks, paving stones and slabs, natural-looking retaining wall blocks, the strengthening blocks for coastal slopes, etc. A quick mold changeover permits short production runs of special or lower volume products, and the ability to customize mold design further enhances manufacturing flexibility. The manufacturing process also enables to custom colour the products.

These completely automated plants are operating around the world for over 60 years and are fully certified for the entire Russia and CIS region. We supply the equipment within 4 months after finalizing the plant design, and then the assembly and start-up is done within the following 2 months period.
